From Independent Trader to Live Desk

A 12-week program that takes you from trading alone to operating within a professional firm structure, with a direct path to our Live Desk.

30 traders per cohort. Daily oversight. One objective: become desk-ready.

Next cohort starts March 2026

The Fellowship is an apprenticeship: you trade, we supervise, and you develop into someone we would trust with firm capital.

Each quarter, we select 30 traders for a 12-week immersion that combines education, live trading, and direct accountability. Half earn scholarships. Half pay tuition. Everyone is held to the same Live Desk standard.

This is not a course you watch. It is daily work with real consequences: you execute, we evaluate, and your development is measured against the same benchmarks our desk traders meet.

Structured

You follow a clear daily and weekly playbook. No guessing what to do next.

Supervised

Your trading is watched in real time. We catch mistakes before they become habits.

Progressive

Meet the standard and you advance toward a Live Desk seat. Fall short and you know exactly why.

Who This Is For

This is not for people looking for another course. It is for traders ready to treat their trading as a profession: showing up every day, being coached directly, and being evaluated on both results and process.

We select for commitment, coachability, and the capacity to sustain focus over 12 intensive weeks. Prior trading experience is valued but not required. Work ethic matters more than screen time.

How It Works

Three phases over 12 weeks

Weeks 1–4

Foundation

You learn the risk frameworks, preparation routines, and mental discipline that separate professional traders from retail ones. Unlimited simulation resets let you experiment without consequences while building proper habits.

What changes: You stop trading reactively. You start operating from a process, built on top of strong fundamentals.

Weeks 5–8

Trading

You trade real time daily in our Evaluation Program with firm oversight and regular touchpoints. We watch how you handle risk, execution, and pressure in changing conditions. Errors get caught and corrected before they become ingrained. Your individual strengths start to emerge.

What changes: You prove you can operate inside firm risk limits, begin to show edge, and build work ethic best practices and sharpen mentalities.

Weeks 9–12

Desk Integration

You operate like a junior version of our Live Desk: trading in pods, running playbooks, and reporting results. By the end, we know who is progressing nicely towards the Live Desk, and you know exactly where you stand.

What changes: Get better, get bigger, get broader. You finish the Fellowship with a clear path forward. Hopefully having built a nice PL in your Evaluation account you continue to work towards Live Desk graduation.

What Your Days Look Like

The Fellowship runs on a consistent rhythm designed to build professional habits.

Daily

Prep, trade, log, review. No skipped days.

Weekly

Performance review, coaching calls, strategy adjustments.

Live

Three market sessions per week plus office hours. All sessions recorded for asynchronous access.

Pod assignments accommodate global time zones. Deadlines provide reasonable windows, not rigid cutoffs.
