What if I'm located outside the US?
No problem! Over half our AGM students each year come from Europe, Asia, and other parts of the world. Class times are collaboratively decided by the group, not just based on Merritt's schedule. In 3 years of running AGM, scheduling has never been an issue.
When are the weekly classes held?
Classes are typically 1-2 hours per week. The exact time is coordinated amongst the students to find a time that works best across time zones. Classes are recorded so you can review on your own time as well.
Will I have access to Merritt outside of class?
Absolutely. You'll have direct access to Merritt through a private chat channel where you can ask questions and get guidance anytime. Merritt is committed to being available to support you throughout the 12-week journey.
How is AGM structured?
The program begins with an assessment of your current skills and objectives. From there, we work with you to create a customized Performance Improvement Plan to guide your learning.
